They have a BBQ and fire pit but we did not use them. The 2 very comfortable queen bedrooms are on the main floor, with each having a bathroom. The open kitchen and great room offer lots of seating. There is a large enclosed front porch (cooled and heated) also. It was just the 2 of us but a family could really enjoy it. The downstairs offers an additional queen bed, sofa/TV viewing are, pool table, darts, and games galore. There is another full bathroom and Speed Queen washer-dryer combo. We would definitely stay again. Just watch your GPS. Do not turn on Carver Street. Just continue up Smith Hill and it is a sharp left turn (with entries to 3 homes) Tree Blew Inn is the middle home. There is an easy out drive way to the left of the home. We are Florida flatlanders and we could do it."
